About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team as a Software Support Professional. As a Customer Success Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our business customers using our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to business customers using our platform
- Create and maintain knowledge articles to help resolve customer-reported problems
Requirements
- Strong experience providing technical support for B2B software
- Familiarity with Java, SQL, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs
- Experience with CRM tools (ServiceNow, Salesforce) and defect tracking systems (JIRA)
- UNIX/Linux environment experience is a plus
What We Offer
- Attractive salary up to £42,000 per year
- 12-month contract within IR35 - PAYE - paid on a weekly basis
- Hybrid role (2-3 days onsite, free parking available)
