Role Overview

The Wellbeing Activities Assistant will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing a diverse range of engaging and therapeutic activities tailored to enhance the emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing of our residents. You will ensure that the residents' preferences and needs are central to all events and programs, fostering a sense of community and belonging.

Your responsibilities will include promoting and safeguarding the welfare of the individuals in your care, while continuously seeking innovative ways to improve our activities and sharing insights with your colleagues.

Candidate Profile
