About You
We are looking for a caring and compassionate individual who is qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, or currently working towards the qualification. You will be a natural leader, able to work on your own initiative, manage problems, and have the confidence to challenge and raise issues. You will be meticulous when it comes to updating paperwork, including resident records, and have a passion for delivering exceptional care.
