We seek an experienced Home Manager with exceptional leadership skills, a genuine passion for adult social care, and a proven track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding care through continuous improvement. You'll possess strong communication skills, commercial acumen, strategic thinking abilities, and a compassionate, resilient nature.
A commitment to professional development is essential; you'll hold or be willing to pursue an NVQ Level 4 in Care or LMC Level 4 Award.
