Role Overview
The Wellbeing Activities Assistant will be responsible for creating and implementing a diverse range of engaging and therapeutic activities tailored to enhance the emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing of our residents. You will ensure that the individuals we support are at the forefront of all events and initiatives, promoting their overall wellbeing.
Your role will also involve advocating for the welfare of residents while continuously seeking improvements and sharing innovative ideas with both your team and the broader community within the care home.
Candidate Profile
