Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Night Supervisor to join our team at one of our hotels. As a Night Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the night shift, including managing the front desk, handling guest requests, and maintaining the overall quality of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the front desk and handle guest check-ins and check-outs
  • Conduct nightly security inspections and ensure the hotel is secure
  • Master the fire evacuation procedure and implement it as needed
  • Assist in training night team members and maintain records
  • Attend necessary meetings and conduct monthly night meetings
  • Oversee public areas and cashiers' desk, especially during check-out
  • Review the shift and conduct handovers and briefings
  • Maintain technical knowledge and skills
  • Manage night audit operation
  • Promptly respond to guest requests and queries
  • Update guest profiles with preferences and address feedback

Requirements

  • Excellent level of spoken and written English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Supervisory experience, preferably in hotels
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Approachable, professional, and an eye for detail
  • Knowledge of Opera
  • Previous experience in a 5* property preferable
