The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Secretary to support our busy team in central Bristol. As a Junior Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our fee earners, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including tasks such as billing, diary management, and meeting coordination.
  • Assist fee earners with tasks such as proofreading and editing legal reports.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of our office, including managing supplies and equipment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
