About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrative Assistant to join our HR team at Unite Foundation. As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in providing administrative support to our HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
    • Process payroll instructions, including contractual changes, new starters, and leavers.
    • Monitor and respond to queries from colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Employee Relations
    • Support the HR team in maintaining employee relations, including employee lifecycle processes.
    • Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Communication
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and employees.
    • Provide excellent customer service and respond to queries in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • At least 2 years of experience in an HR administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
