About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. As an integral part of our organization, you will have the opportunity to support our mission of providing high-quality housing and support services to those in need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payments
- Coordinate HR projects and initiatives to support business objectives
- Provide administrative support to the HR team and other departments as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of HR software and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations
