HR Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team at BT Group. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality HR advice, guidance, and support to our colleagues across the whole colleague lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for managers, employees, and other HR team members, providing clear and trustworthy advice on HR policies, processes, and tools/systems.
- Use HR information systems to access, input, and compile data.
- Ensure continuous self-education on HR processes, policies, and systems to have an in-depth but broad knowledge of BT HR.
- Maintain confidentiality for HR documents and systems.
- 22 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)
