Office Reception Coordinator

Compensation:
£24,000
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5pm (early finish on Friday at 4.30pm)
Complimentary on-site parking.
This role presents an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in customer service, retail, or hospitality, seeking a stable office-based position during weekdays.
The work environment is dynamic and engaging, ensuring that no two days are alike.Key Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls and inquiries, reaching out to clients
- Welcoming and assisting visitors
- Offering directions and information about the facilities
- Inputting data into company systems
- Preparing and organizing documents and client packages
- Managing room reservations
- Arranging accommodations for guests
- Coordinating refreshments and meals
- Ordering office supplies
- Overseeing petty cash transactions
