Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Randstad Construction & Property. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our mechanical and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on mechanical and electrical equipment, including PPM and reactive maintenance.
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of emergency lighting, sprinkler systems, and other critical systems.
  • Conduct lamp changing, AHU's & FCU's, cooling towers, and general building maintenance tasks.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues on building services, including UPS's, transfer switches, PLC systems, critical cooling systems, water treatment, refrigeration systems, and HV/LV electrical infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues.

Requirements:

  • 18th Edition qualification or equivalent.
  • NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations or City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installations.
  • Testing & Inspecting 2391 qualification.
  • Proven experience in building maintenance, with a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
