Your Role

We are seeking a dedicated and guest-oriented Night Receptionist to join our outstanding Reception team. In this role, you will demonstrate confidence, empathy, and professionalism in all interactions with guests and colleagues. Your ability to remain composed under pressure will be crucial as you strive to provide the highest level of service. If you take pride in your work and prioritize guest satisfaction, we would be delighted to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

As a Night Receptionist, your primary duties will include:

  • Welcoming arriving guests and facilitating the departure process for those checking out, adhering to our established standards.
  • Registering guests upon check-in and assigning rooms, while accommodating special requests whenever feasible.
  • Utilizing suggestive selling techniques to promote room bookings and additional hotel services.
