Position Overview

We are in search of a warm and enthusiastic Overnight Guest Services Agent to enhance our front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities

As an Overnight Guest Services Agent, your primary responsibility will be to attentively engage with our guests, foresee their needs, and ensure complete guest satisfaction.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Managing check-in and check-out procedures for guests.
  • Assisting guests with various requests throughout their stay.

Candidate Profile

We seek individuals with prior experience in a similar capacity, who are committed to delivering outstanding customer service. A charming personality and a natural ability to create unforgettable experiences for our guests are essential. You should possess a proactive attitude and be adaptable to various guest requests and scenarios. Proficiency in the English language and a polished appearance are also required.
