Position Overview

We are seeking a warm and enthusiastic Overnight Guest Services Associate to enhance our guest experience.

The Role

As an Overnight Guest Services Associate, your primary responsibility will be to attentively listen to our guests, anticipate their needs, and ensure complete guest satisfaction.

Your main responsibilities will include managing check-in and check-out processes for guests and assisting them with any inquiries or requests during their stay.

The Ideal Candidate

In addition to having prior experience in a similar capacity, we expect our Overnight Guest Services Associates to demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, possess a charming personality, and have a natural talent for crafting unforgettable experiences for our guests. A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to various guest requests and situations are essential. Furthermore, proficiency in the English language and a polished appearance are required.
