THE ROLE

As a Night Receptionist (Part Time), your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued as the first and last point of contact.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting guests with their arrival and departure, as well as supporting them throughout their stay.
  • Staying informed about internal events, restaurant offerings, and hotel product knowledge.
  • Keeping Front Office Management updated on any relevant guest feedback and insights from other departments.
  • Delivering authentic and personalized care to our guests, with genuine warmth.
  • Exhibiting a high standard of customer service at all times.
  • Demonstrating knowledge of room categories, rates, packages, promotions, and other essential product information necessary for daily operations.
