About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Renewals Manager to join our team at EDB. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving customer retention and ensuring timely and accurate execution of software subscription renewals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with customers and internal team players to ensure successful renewal execution
  • Ownership of contract processes, including co-terming, upselling, and related subscription renewals
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue upsell opportunities
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers
  • Communicate with Finance and Sales Management regarding forecasting, pricing, and transaction completion
  • Fluency in German or Spanish, with excellent English communication skills

Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales experience, preferably in software and/or subscription sales
  • Presentation and communication skills at executive levels
  • Contract negotiation experience
  • Performance-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding renewal and/or sales quotas
  • Expert organizational skills, with the ability to track and fulfill renewals
  • Prioritization skills, with the ability to allocate time to high-impact areas
