As a vital contributor to the Go-To-Market strategy and operations division, you will be instrumental in assessing the Renewals business landscape, pinpointing patterns, and delivering insightful analysis to boost Renewals efficiency.
Your Responsibilities- Drive significant process enhancements and renewals initiatives through effective change management.
- Oversee the rhythm of renewals team functions, including forecasting, strategic planning, and opportunity oversight.
- Leverage historical data and trends to assist sales and renewals leadership in accurate forecasting.
- Lead initiatives aimed at improving productivity and refining processes within the Renewals department.
- Work collaboratively with cross-departmental teams to devise and execute strategies that reduce downgrade risks.
- 8+ years of pertinent experience in Customer Success, Operations, or related fields within IT services or SaaS environments.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the capability to dissect large datasets to uncover trends.
- Expertise in Salesforce, Excel, Tableau, and a working knowledge of SQL.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executives and field teams.
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
