About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Renewal Operations Manager. As a key member of our Revenue Operations team, you will be responsible for driving the successful execution of our renewals strategy, ensuring global consistency and operational excellence across all regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase customer retention and lifetime value in partnership with senior leaders and our renewal stakeholder community.
  • Partner with Renewal Managers in each region to optimize overall renewal workflow, reporting, and effectiveness, measured by our retention rates.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues affecting our ability to execute our renewals strategy and provide management oversight to ensure appropriate resolution and long-term initiatives to improve core renewal metrics.
  • Track and report on key metrics affecting GTM renewals, working with our data teams to build visualization, insights, and reporting standards, while layering in context for management consumption and decision support.
  • Implement appropriate governance to ensure policies and processes are adhered to, together with controls to bring integrity of renewals data across core business systems.
  • Collaborate with the GTM Tools and Technology teams on process and system requirements to connect data insights and signals to the workflows, boosting productivity and customer experience across the customer lifecycle.
  • Partner extensively with teams across EDB, including Deal Desk, Finance, Revenue Operations, Renewal Managers, Sales Executives, and Customer Success Managers.
What You'll Bring
  • A strong track record of driving results in a renewal motion or other GTM area, with a focus on operational efficiency and business outcomes.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to lead through a matrix structure.
  • Experience with Salesloft, Salesforce, and using data to create signals.
