Job Title: Senior Renewals Manager

At Onfido Ltd (UK), we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Renewals Manager to join our Customer Success organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving commercial success and ensuring the smooth renewal of our customers' contracts.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive renewal strategy to drive commercial growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Finance, to ensure seamless renewal processes.
  • Engage directly with customers to discuss renewal options, address concerns, and negotiate contracts that meet their needs.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities and risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Manage a portfolio of renewals, ensuring timely and successful execution.
  • Develop and maintain accurate rolling forecasts of renewals within your territory.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer growth.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on renewal processes and best practices, sharing knowledge with the team to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in renewals management, sales, customer success, or customer-focused account management.
  • Proven track record of quota attainment and achievement of personal and team goals.
  • Strong understanding of Identity Verification, Enterprise SaaS applications, or Enterprise Technology Services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop strategic plans to drive commercial growth.
