About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Renewals Manager to join our Customer Success organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving commercial success and ensuring the smooth renewal of our strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive renewal strategies to drive commercial growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, customer success, legal, and finance teams to ensure seamless renewal processes.
  • Engage directly with customers to discuss renewal options, address concerns, and negotiate terms and pricing.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities and risks, and develop targeted retention strategies.
  • Maintain accurate rolling forecasts of renewals within your territory.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in renewals management, sales, customer success, or customer-focused account management.
  • Strong understanding of Identity Verification, Enterprise SaaS applications, or Enterprise Technology Services.
  • Consistent track record of quota attainment and achievement of personal and team goals.
  • Proven success in creating new processes and frameworks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
