Join Our Investments, M&A & Valuation TeamWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analysis Analyst to play a key role in driving financial analysis and valuation support for our CIO and senior management. As part of our newly formed Investments, M&A & Valuation team, you will be responsible for executing asset and corporate M&A and partnership transactions globally to drive our ambitious growth strategy across Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain complex corporate and asset-level financial models and valuations within the renewable energy sector.
- Support the CIO and senior management in shaping our investment strategy globally.
- Lead financial modelling work, develop and maintain quantitative and qualitative analyses for prospective organic investments, acquisition opportunities, or divestments of renewable energy assets/projects or companies.
- Evaluate and challenge inputs to investment decisions, especially those inputs that are key to valuation results, including identifying key value drivers.
- Effectively communicate results and provide support to ensure informed senior management decisions and that financial impacts are understood by all internal and external stakeholders.
- Execute the investment approval process, including liaising with senior management and the BoD of JERA Nex.
