Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Renewable Energy Manager to join our team at The Green Recruitment Company. This is a critical role that requires a strong commercial acumen and leadership skills to drive innovation and growth in our renewable energy business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team to excel in commercial management, promoting professional growth and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with fund managers to achieve key objectives, report on performance metrics, and manage investment KPIs.
  • Oversee strategic management of multiple renewable energy developers, ensuring performance aligns with objectives, and optimize financial returns.
  • Maintain and improve governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to protect investment values and enhance portfolio resilience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.
  • ~10+ years of senior management experience in renewable energy or related sectors.
  • ~ Proficient in financial modelling, project management, and data and reporting.
  • ~ Strong regulatory, governance, and compliance knowledge, with experience in managing complex operations across various geographical locations.
