Your Responsibilities- Drive significant process enhancements and renewals initiatives through effective change management.
- Oversee the rhythm of renewals team functions, encompassing forecasting, strategic planning, and opportunity management.
- Leverage historical data and trends to assist sales and renewals leadership in accurate forecasting.
- Lead initiatives aimed at improving productivity and refining processes within the Renewals team.
- Engage with cross-departmental teams to pinpoint and execute strategies that reduce downgrade risks.
- 8+ years of pertinent experience in Customer Success, Operations, or related fields within IT services or SaaS environments.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the capability to interpret extensive datasets to identify patterns.
- Expertise in Salesforce, Excel, Tableau, and a working knowledge of SQL.
- Strong communication abilities, with a talent for engaging with executives and field teams.
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
