Our client, a leading renewable energy developer, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Renewable Energy Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of utility-scale solar PV and energy storage projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess potential sites for solar PV and BESS projects using mapping tools, feasibility studies, and energy yield analysis.
  • Engage with Distributed Network Operators (DNOs) and local authorities to explore opportunities for development.
  • Support the team in identifying and evaluating new project opportunities.
  • Negotiate land agreements with landowners and oversee consultancy contracts to secure value-driven commercial decisions.
  • Manage planning applications, grid connection processes, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  • Oversee project budgets, cash flow, and risk management, keeping leadership informed of significant developments.
  • Stay updated on renewable energy industry trends and policies, attending industry conferences as needed.
  • Mentor and develop the project team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work culture.

Requirements:
