Finance Business Partner

Location: Hybrid Working Model

Compensation: Competitive Salary with Bonus Structure

The Consultancy Group is collaborating with a prominent Global Facilities Management and Hospitality organization in search of an exceptional Finance Business Partner. This esteemed company provides an excellent workplace culture and you will become part of a dynamic Finance team. Your role will involve daily collaboration with Senior Leadership teams, offering significant visibility at the executive level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Development: Lead and nurture a team of three finance professionals.
  • Strategic Business Partnership: Engage with Senior Leaders and Heads of Departments.
  • Operational Collaboration: Partner with the Head of Operations and Fulfilment Centre leadership to analyze metrics, report insights, and implement strategies for enhanced performance.
  • Month-End Management: Oversee the accurate and timely completion of month-end processes, including purchase order and invoice management, postings, accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Performance Analysis: Communicate monthly performance metrics and variance analysis aligned with operational KPIs. Facilitate monthly review discussions, addressing potential risks and opportunities.
  • Financial Forecasting: Take charge of monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-term planning initiatives.
  • Cost Efficiency: Collaborate with Logistics and Customer Service teams to enhance cost efficiency, expedite processes, and assist with ad hoc analyses and project initiatives.
  • Cross-Departmental Relationship Management: Cultivate relationships with various teams, including Brand Management and Accounts Payable.
  • Process Improvement: Lead efforts to enhance financial processes and reporting, aiming for increased speed, accuracy, and quality.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Fully qualified in Accounting or Finance with relevant experience.
  • Proactive Mindset: A self-motivated individual who excels in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Analytical Expertise: Strong analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data in various formats.
  • Effective Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Deadline Management: Capable of meeting deadlines, juggling multiple priorities, and applying a structured, logical approach to problem-solving.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel. Familiarity with Oracle, Hyperion, and Qlik systems is advantageous.
