We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team at Accountable Recruitment Careers. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing financial support and guidance to our Operations Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a proactive Finance Business Partner, providing timely, accurate, and relevant financial information to support business decisions.
  • Deliver commercial support to Operations, focusing on understanding and explaining business performance variances and identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Challenge and question budget/forecast assumptions to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Produce a monthly reporting pack and participate in monthly review meetings to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Oversee the production of monthly management accounts to provide a clear picture of our financial performance.
  • Evaluate business cases, including capital expenditure proposals, to ensure alignment with our business strategy.
  • Ensure strong financial controls are in place to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with experience in an operationally focused role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Operations Managers and other stakeholders.
