As a key member of the senior management team, you will provide up-to-date financial information to inform commercial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Proactive finance business partnering to support and challenge Branch Managers across the region
* Deliver timely, accurate, and relevant financial information, analysis, and commentary to key stakeholders
* Production and evaluation of business cases, including capital expenditure proposals
* Provide commercial support to Branch Managers, focusing on understanding and explaining business performance variances and identifying risks and opportunities
* Develop, challenge, and question budget/forecast assumptions and KPIs on an ongoing basis
* Provide insight into customer and sales team performance
* Production of the internal monthly reporting pack and participation in the monthly review meeting
* Overall responsibility for producing the monthly management accounts and central reporting
* Ensure strong financial controls are in place across all branches
* Ensure all company policies and statutory requirements are adhered to

Requirements:

* Fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
* Prior finance business partnering experience
* Confident communicator
