About the Role:

The Communications and Engagement Lead Officer (Digital) is a new role creating an opportunity for an experienced communications professional to get involved in the delivery of digital projects at this exciting time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate resident and wider stakeholder engagement across project partners.
  • Develop the narrative for the project in the context of the wider Greater Manchester Digital Blueprint priority to create connected, inclusive and sustainable places.
  • Contribute to the delivery of high-profile GMCA ambitions.

About You:

The role holder will have experience of developing and leading on communications and engagement projects, working with a diverse range of stakeholders. You will be comfortable working in a project environment across organisational boundaries.

You will be a natural collaborator, adept at building relationships. An effective team player with the energy to have an impact and the sensitivity to do so constructively. Able to develop, implement and assess the insights of diverse communities.
