At Team17 Digital, we're seeking a seasoned Community Manager to lead our community and influencer strategy for one of our flagship Live Service 1st Party game titles. As a key member of our established Community Team, you'll be responsible for nurturing and growing our community, building relationships with key influencers, and driving engagement across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a robust community strategy, including social media content calendars and regular community engagement.
- Collect, evaluate, and disseminate community feedback to stakeholders, identifying key areas for improvement.
- Manage relationships with key influencers, providing them with necessary tools and information to generate engaging content.
- Act as an ambassador for the title, developing an in-depth understanding of the game and its community.
- Collaborate with our Franchise Director to ensure alignment with key stakeholders across the franchise.
- Proven experience as a Community/Influencer Manager on a successful Live Service Game IP.
- Track record of setting community strategy and delivering against it with successful results.
- Demonstratable success in turning negative sentiment into positive and managing crisis situations.
- Calm and professional communication style, with experience communicating at all levels.
- Resilient personality, with experience managing challenging communities.
- Solution-focused mindset, with experience optimizing content for different platforms and audiences.
- Experience working across multiple gamer-centric platforms, including Steam, Discord, and Reddit.
- Ability to monitor trends and take advantage of new emerging channels and platforms.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work through issues, dealing with the biggest impact first.
