The Team Manager role is primarily to support the Operational Support Manager, manage all aspects of the WJ relief team, reduce costs, identify efficiencies, encourage the engagement of staff, and improve our offers to the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the relief team to ensure seamless operations and efficient use of resources.
  • Collaborate with contract managers and on-site teams to provide support for known and unknown absences.
  • Maintain a comprehensive scheduling database to track utilization data.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to share utilization data with stakeholders.
  • Utilize project planning tools to optimize scheduling and resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar management role, with a focus on team leadership and operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collate and analyze data using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to travel to various locations as required.
  • Previous experience in security management, with a focus on safety and security protocols.
