Regional Sales Director - UK&I

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the UK and Ireland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with key decision-makers, and developing a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Sales Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.
  • Account Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance to ensure success.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the cybersecurity industry, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of the UK and Ireland market, including key decision-makers and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to coach and develop a team of sales professionals.
