About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Online Grocery Account Manager to join our Ecommerce Team at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing our online strategy within our grocery channel, working closely with our Top 4 retailers to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute online executional plans to deliver our digital shelf strategy across our top 4 retailers.
  • Ensure we win at the digital shelf through brilliant content basics, including MOI, Lifestyle imagery, Video content, and flawless taxonomy for all existing products and NPD.
  • Be our go-to expert for online activation, ensuring the right balance between shopper spend and paid search to maximize ROI.
  • Create and develop online executional plans in conjunction with our top 4 commercial teams to ensure aligned in-store and online strategies linked to JBPs and MWBs.
  • Manage the full year online executional plan for each top 4 account, working with shopper marketing, brand, and account teams to deliver BIC execution.
  • Unlock further online commercial opportunities to drive incremental sales.
  • Be the online expert within the top 4 account teams, upskilling our account teams and increasing wider knowledge on how we deliver BIC performance online.
  • Drive profitable growth, both for JDE and our Top 4 retailers, to help grow our online share ahead of in-store.
  • Work alongside Digital Marketing and agencies to execute sponsored search to drive visibility and sales.
Requirements
  • Graduate caliber
  • A good understanding of digital media
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience within FMCG account management (Online preferable)
  • Online account management experience necessary
  • Able to demonstrate self-starter/entrepreneurial mindset
  • Experience in unlocking new relationships/partnerships
  • Good relationship building skills
  • Able to build their network and engage others through clear communication
  • Experience in the delivery of a JBP
  • Knowledge of retailer systems such as DH
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint
