Job Description

As a Rental Key Account Manager at Volvo Car UK, you will play a crucial role in managing and increasing our Specialist Sales channels. This involves building and maintaining relationships with key partners to support our strategic volume and profit objectives in these areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with key partners to support our strategic volume and profit objectives in Specialist Sales channels.
  • Hold regular reviews with key stakeholders to positively influence and optimise VCUK's pricing offer across relevant sales channels.
  • Present and negotiate buyback and risk offers with major daily rental customers.
  • Work closely with Car Benefit Solutions to deliver quarterly retailer employee scheme offers and ensure retail networks' engagement with the programme.
  • Collaborate with Contract Hire & Leasing team to create and deliver ad hoc tactical sales opportunities within the leasing channel.
  • Manage additional schemes/programmes as required to support VCUK business objectives.
  • Support Senior Manager in developing and delivering annual plan and budget for all Specialist Sales channels.
Requirements
  • Excellent sales and influencing skills.
  • Experience working across the automotive industry.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Experience of working in the automotive industry and having a background in project management is highly desirable.
