London, Greater London, United Kingdom Third Bridge Full time
Position Overview

What will you be responsible for?

As a Product Analyst focused on business insights, you will be an integral part of our Product Strategy team, implementing a data-centric methodology to enhance our product roadmap. Your role will involve collecting, assessing, and interpreting customer usage data, market dynamics, and insights from clients and competitors. You will work closely with a Senior Product Strategy Analyst to shape future product strategies and evaluate their business implications.

Your responsibilities will include sourcing and consolidating data from various channels, identifying data custodians, understanding data formats, and synthesizing this information into a coherent analysis. This analytical work will empower you to influence decisions regarding new product initiatives, modifications to existing offerings, and future advancements. By leveraging business analysis, financial modeling, and market intelligence, you will assist the team in drawing evidence-based conclusions and translating these into actionable recommendations.

You will engage with stakeholders across multiple departments to support business leaders and product development teams. Utilizing tools such as Salesforce, PowerBI, and Gong, you will collaborate with Business Intelligence teams to acquire the necessary data for informed decision-making. With guidance from our Head of Product Strategy, this role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to a new team and influence the product trajectory of a growing global organization.

Qualifications

What skills and experience do you bring?

Your background in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, or similar data-focused roles has equipped you with the ability to gather and synthesize information from diverse sources into a unified narrative. You leverage your investigative skills to identify product trends, emerging user needs, and market behaviors, directly impacting the product development lifecycle.

Proficient in various technological tools, you are well-versed in Salesforce, Gong, and data analysis tools like PowerBI and Excel. You possess the analytical skills necessary to derive insights that contribute to product decision-making, including the development of new products, enhancements to existing features, and understanding the evolving needs of customers.

As an effective collaborator and communicator, you work seamlessly with different business units and data owners to obtain accurate data, partnering closely with Business Intelligence teams to compile this data into a comprehensive dashboard. You will share your findings with the broader Product Strategy team through presentations, reports, and discussions. Although you may be early in your career in Business or Product Analysis, you are eager to be part of a growing global brand, gaining valuable exposure and experience to advance your career in Product Analysis.
