Product Strategy Analyst

SKY Restoration DKI is seeking a highly skilled Product Analyst to join our team. As a Product Analyst, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing product strategies that drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase market share.
Key Responsibilities- Product Planning: Formulate comprehensive product plans that cover pricing models, competitive analysis, and feature roadmaps to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze product performance metrics and recommend changes to optimize product offerings and improve customer experience.
- Industry Monitoring: Monitor industry developments and new technologies to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure timely execution of product plans and achieve business objectives.
- Business Case Development: Create business cases outlining potential risks associated with proposed solutions to ensure informed decision-making.
- Progress Updates: Prepare presentations for senior management on progress updates or strategic initiatives to ensure alignment and support.
- Proactive and Curious Nature: Possess a proactive and curious nature to investigate, learn, share, and advance product offerings.
- Product Management Experience: Have experience in Product Management or as a Product Owner, with a strong understanding of product development lifecycle.
- Project Management Skills: Possess proficiency in Project Management with knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Analytical Skills: Have strong Analytical Skills with advanced Excel knowledge to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven Stakeholder Management experience to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Customer Focus: Focus on Customer Success and leverage customer feedback to drive product development and improvement.
- Technical Acumen: Have technical acumen with experience in Salesforce or SaaS platforms to drive product innovation and improvement.
- Financial Acumen: Possess financial acumen, including vendor contracting, budgeting, and forecasting, to ensure informed decision-making.
- Integrity: Demonstrate integrity and willingness to address difficult issues while being open to seeking help.
- Technical Acumen: Technical acumen with specific experience in Salesforce or SaaS platforms to drive product innovation and improvement.
