Job Overview

BOSS Energy Consulting is seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to join their London-based team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a critical role in driving the development, deployment, and market integration of cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a commercially relevant product strategy, aligning with sales, marketing, and customer requirements.
  • Define and manage product roadmaps, including timelines and cost targets, to ensure successful product launches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical advancements into practical, market-ready solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between commercial and product teams, driving alignment and execution of product plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data insights to inform product decisions.
  • Own and manage product-related data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across internal and external channels.
  • Build awareness of product differentiators internally, working with project managers to translate product needs into customer projects.
  • Develop and implement strategies for scaling production and deployment, including supply chain and vendor management.
  • Utilize techno-economic models and life cycle analyses to inform product roadmaps and drive business success.
  • Work closely with a product analyst and matrix-manage other team members.

Requirements

  • Proven product management experience, ideally 5 years.
  • Experience in hardware technology and scaling companies/products.
  • Ability to work with technical individuals and teams, with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with commercial teams to provide clear guidance on customer-led approaches.
  • Direct line management experience or matrix-line management experience.
