Witham Prospect School is seeking dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Workers to join our team. We provide exceptional residential care and education for children and young people aged 11 to 19 who have severe learning disabilities, autism, and complex care needs.

As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and supportive environment where these children can thrive. You will work closely with our highly qualified therapist team to implement individual care plans and positive behavior support strategies, ensuring each child's unique needs are met.

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to children, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.
  • Implement individualized care plans and positive behavior support strategies, fostering a safe and structured environment.
  • Collaborate with the staff team to ensure the safety and security of all children in our care.
  • Contribute to a positive and stimulating learning environment, encouraging participation in educational and recreational activities.
  • Effectively manage challenging behaviors using approved techniques outlined in Positive Behavior Support plans.
