As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and supportive environment where these children can thrive. You will work closely with our highly qualified therapist team to implement individual care plans and positive behavior support strategies.

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to meet the unique needs of each child, adhering to their individual care plans and positive behavior support strategies.
  • Promote independence, choice, dignity, privacy, and fulfillment of rights for every child in our care.
  • Collaborate with staff and utilize approved approaches to effectively manage challenging behaviors, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all.
