About You

We are looking for a Support Worker who is:

  • Good at working independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent at communicating with people
  • Able to complete high-quality support records
  • Available to work every other weekend
  • Ability to follow a Support Plan and Risk Assessments, and maintain customer records
  • Literate and numerate in English
  • Willing and able to achieve the Care Certificate
