About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Making Space, a leading provider of care and support services. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs, and challenging behaviors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to service users, including administering medication and conducting security checks.
  • Assist with domestic tasks and create a warm and welcoming environment for service users.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to tailor support to each individual's unique needs and circumstances.
