Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team at Business Computer Projects. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing a pipeline of prospects for our New Business sales team through effective use of all outbound communication channels.

Main Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective customers through multiple communication channels to create opportunities for our sales team to sell our products and services.
  • Build ongoing relationships with key target accounts to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Qualify incoming calls from prospective customers and identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Manage sales leads from initial contact through to sales team acceptance or rejection.
  • Support the marketing team in the management and distribution of sales collateral to help drive business growth.
  • Capture opportunities during telemarketing to help make more effective use of marketing spend and identify new business opportunities.

Additional Duties

  • Assist in maintaining accurate customer and prospect details within our central CRM systems.
  • Support the marketing team in preparation of events and exhibitions and attend as required.
  • Perform other duties from time to time as required to support the sales team.
