Property Maintenance Coordinator (Maternity Cover)

As a Property Maintenance Coordinator, you will deliver a high-quality, professional, and responsive customer service focused on property repairs and maintenance, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Location: Liverpool waterfront

Salary: £23,920 Per Annum - Maternity Cover

Main Responsibilities:

  • Adopt a proactive approach to customer service, taking ownership of each interaction and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction by coordinating with colleagues and contractors to gather information and schedule appointments.
  • Act as the primary contact for all repair inquiries.
  • Organize engineers for both scheduled maintenance and urgent repairs.
  • Oversee the completion of assigned tasks and collaborate with operatives to reschedule as necessary.
  • Address issues and complaints, escalating them through the appropriate channels when required.
  • Manage operatives' schedules efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed and assist colleagues in other departments.
  • Contribute to the organization's commitment to continuous improvement in customer service.

Essential Skills & Competencies:

  • Exceptional communication skills with clients, residents, engineers, and management.
  • Strong customer care abilities.
  • Experience with ICT systems, including housing management and CRM software, as well as Microsoft Office.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Highly organized and a team player.
  • Experience in domestic gas administration (desirable).
