Join Our Team as a Property Maintenance Surveyor
In this essential role, you will be instrumental in upholding the quality of our housing maintenance services, contributing significantly to our community enhancement initiatives across various properties. This position is structured as an 18-month fixed-term contract, allowing for a home-based work environment with occasional visits to the office and flexibility to attend neighborhood locations as required.

Primary Responsibilities:
Client Engagement
- Assess vacant properties to confirm they meet rental standards
- Address customer inquiries requiring in-person visits
- Interact with clients to collect feedback and suggestions for service enhancement
- Resolve customer concerns regarding contractor performance and ensure satisfactory outcomes
- Offer guidance to clients on property upkeep and related issues
Contract Oversight
- Perform inspections for property defects and necessary repairs
- Delegate tasks to contractors, prioritize assignments, and estimate costs
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and manage projects effectively
- Monitor budget utilization and recommend cost-efficient solutions
- Guarantee compliance with health and safety regulations and contractual obligations
