We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Residential Surveyor to join our team. As a Trainee Residential Surveyor, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our company. You will be responsible for providing high-quality residential valuation and property risk services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing residential valuation and property risk services to clients
  • Working closely with experienced surveyors to develop your skills and knowledge
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to achieve AssocRICS qualification
  • Building effective working relationships with clients and colleagues

Requirements

  • Eligibility for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation
  • Strong base knowledge of Residential Building Pathology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build effective working relationships
