Property Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Maintenance Manager to join our team at Homesureproperty. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our managed properties, including carrying out mid-term inspections, arranging maintenance works, and communicating with landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities- Property Inspections: Conduct regular mid-term property inspections to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and identify any necessary maintenance works.
- Maintenance Coordination: Arrange and oversee all maintenance works related to managed properties, including liaising with contractors and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Communication: Provide effective communication with landlords, tenants, and contractors via phone, email, and post to ensure seamless property management.
- Organizational Systems: Develop and implement new and improved organizational systems to increase efficiency, motivation, and profitability within the property management team.
- Inventory Management: Create and agree move-in and move-out inventories to accurately record the condition of properties before and after tenancies.
- Legislative Compliance: Serve legal notices on tenants/occupants and enforce legislation to regain possession of properties and/or increase rent amounts.
- Tenancy Administration: Invite and administer new tenancy agreements, protect deposits, and complete all relevant legislation for new and renewing tenancies.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in property management and/or maintenance.
- Qualifications: Industry-specific qualifications/certificates are desirable.
- Transportation: A full driving license and own transport are required.
- Personality: A genuine interest in the property industry, well-organized, respectful of teammates, and able to work well under pressure.
