Magnus James is seeking a highly organized and customer service-driven Property Manager to join our team in Heswall. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing scheduled repairs and reactive maintenance, conducting mid-term inspections, and organizing check-outs and inventories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduled repairs and reactive maintenance to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
- Conduct mid-term inspections to monitor property condition and identify potential issues.
- Organize and conduct check-outs and inventories to ensure accurate records and smooth transitions.
- Coordinate with contractors, obtain quotations, issue works orders, and obtain invoices to manage property maintenance effectively.
- Ensure property compliance with regulations, such as EICR's, gas safety, and EPC certifications.
- Handle deposit disputes and other property-related issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Organize tenancy paperwork and support landlords with rental reviews and tenancy renewals.
- Perform general Property Manager duties to ensure seamless property management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in lettings or property management is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong IT knowledge with experience using Microsoft Office packages to manage property-related tasks.
