We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in leasehold and property management to manage leaseholder and shared ownership properties, ensuring compliance with lease agreements and relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of leaseholder and shared ownership properties
  • Ensuring compliance with lease agreements and relevant legislation
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on leasehold matters
  • Preparing and presenting reports on property management activities
  • Overseeing service charge budgeting and expenditure
  • Handling leaseholder enquiries and resolving disputes
  • Contributing to the development of company policies and procedures relating to leasehold management

Requirements:

  • Degree in Property Management or a related field
  • Solid understanding of leasehold management and property law
  • High-level communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
