Leasehold and Tenancy Services Specialist

About the Role:
This position is responsible for providing customer-focused management services to Home Ownership customers across the London region.
The successful candidate will ensure contractual obligations are met, legislative requirements are followed, and compliance standards are upheld.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a customer-centric service to Home Ownership customers
- Ensure contractual obligations are met and legislative requirements are followed
- Maintain knowledge of leasehold legislation and technical aspects of lease agreements
- Lead, motivate, and engage site-based Caretakers to deliver high-quality services
- Support the Group Compliance function to ensure buildings are safe
- Represent the Group in Court for cases brought against customers
- Manage customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
- Assess applications made to Home Ownership and carry out financial appraisals
- Liaise with Asset Services Colleagues to schedule and carry out works
Requirements:
- Up-to-date knowledge of leasehold legislation, regulation, and standards
- CIOH partial/fully qualified or equivalent qualification or experience
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Results-driven with strong analytical skills and ability to critically analyze complex information
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and confidence to interact with employees at all levels
- Ability to show initiative and propose solutions to issues identified
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is £33,487 per annum (£36,850 after 12 months successful performance), plus competitive benefits and generous pension scheme.
