Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Leasehold Officer to join our team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our leaseholders and ensure compliance with leasehold legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leasehold management, supporting clients with all aspects of their lease and any enquiries.
  • Legislation compliance, keeping up-to-date with and ensuring everything is fully compliant and all SLAs are being upheld.
  • Manage post-sale processes for new leaseholders, shared owners, and intermediate tenants, ensuring they understand the services provided and their responsibilities.
  • Support the sales team with handovers of new properties.
  • Making sure necessary inspections are made and logged.
  • All general administration support within the department.

Requirements:

  • Vast experience dealing with leaseholds, either in housing, property, or conveyancing.
  • Good administrative skills, with a high level of organisation and proficiency in MS Office.

Working Arrangements: This role is working hybrid and Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. The salary is £20.21ph plus holiday pay.
